Planning notes for groups
- The programme starts at 13:00 on Wednesday, so delegates flying in that morning can still make the opening. Most groups will still arrive on Tuesday 8 June.
- Berlin charges a City Tax of 7.5% of the net room price, and it applies to business stays too.
- For EULAR corporate members, hotel preferences closed on 27 August 2026. Companies outside that allocation should secure rooms early.
