The aim of this article is to help you understand how our platform works, while proving its simplicity and reliability. In that sense, here are the easy steps you need to undertake in order to find your desired hotel and book it in a matter of minutes with Congress Bookers:

Step 1: go on https://congressbookers.com/

Step 2: type the name of the medical congress you're looking for in the dedicated field and press Start Search. 

You will be redirected to a different page where medical congresses are listed. This is also where you'll be able to see what our top offers are.

Congress Bookers offers you multiple alternative ways to browse medical events. Whether it is a compact or detailed list, grid or interactive map, you can easily switch between them or you can just choose the most convenient one for you. To refine your search, use our text or checkboxes filters.

Step 3: book your congress by clicking the Book Now button. You will be redirected to a page with information about the congress: 

• Date

• Venue

• Number of rooms and hotels available on our platform for the congress. In the case of EULAR 2020, we have 260 rooms in 10 hotels.

At this step, you are able to make a booking request for the congress without choosing a specific hotel from the list. Tell us your needs and we will personalise the offer for you.

For those who want to choose a specific hotel, go to step 4. 

Step 4: choose the hotel you like from the list - when you click on each hotel you will see its rating on TripAdvisor, location, number of available rooms and number of km/ time to the congress venue. Click the Book Now button. 

Step 5: send us your booking request - let us know how many rooms you'd like too book, leave us a message with your request and your email address. We will get back to you with an extended offer that covers your accommodation needs.
