Where can we meet in 2023?

We were looking forward to February as this is the month when we break the ice with the first travel event we will attend this year. For all those who would like to meet our team or find out more about what we do and how we can become partners, here is a list of the events and places where we can meet.

So... in two weeks we invite you in Prague, where we will be at The Meetings Space between the 23rd and the 25th of February. We will spend 3 intense days in the heart of the Czech Republic and if you are ready to go, please set your first stop at Prague Marriott Hotel, the beautiful venue of this event.

Despite the recent events in Turkey, we really hope we can also see you all in Istanbul, as the first m&i event we attend this year is the Europe Spring edition that takes place between the 16th and the 19th of April. Hilton Bomonti Hotel & Conference Center will host this year this amazing meeting of 160 UK&European buyers.

The following month, we will be 4.000 kilometres away from Istanbul, one of the top destinations of recent years- Dubai. The Arabian Travel Market will celebrate 30 years of existence and this year’s edition announces to be a promising one. So let’s celebrate Labour Day together at Dubai World Trade Center between the 1st and the 4th of May. Local temperatures will be pretty high, so prepare for an early tasting of summer. 

When it comes to bigger events, IMEX is one of the favourites in our team. This is a wonderful fair where one can access qualified buying power, meet global suppliers and gain expert insight- all under the same roof. So...we are looking forward to meeting again our friends and also creating powerful connections as this is one of the main goals we have. If you have your agenda ready, you can note that we will be in Frankfurt, between the 23rd and the 25th of May. Messe Frankfurt, here we come!

Did you say summer? You can count on us. It was a nice surprise to see that Oslo was the choice for this year’s  m&i Europe Summer event. For those curious to see with their own eyes the real Scandinavian living, we are glad to say that we can discover Oslo together between the 25th and the 28th of June. Hotel Clarion the Hub is the place to meet 150 suppliers ready to share information about the top services in their portfolios.

As many of you may already know, June will be a busy month here in London cause on the 28th and the 29th we will have members of our team at EXCEL London. The Meetings Show in London is the place to be if you want to meet face-to-face with hundreds of UK and global suppliers. Whether it is hotels, destinations, conference centres or technology suppliers, you can find it all here.

In autumn, we will cross the ocean and spend some time in the States, hoping you will be there, too. As we had a great time at IMEX Las Vegas, we cannot miss this year’s edition. It is always dynamic, fun and productive, so we can not take no for an answer. 17-19 October are the dates when Mandalay Bay Convention Center will have its doors open to all those who thrive for education and training about the latest trends in the Travel industry. For those who do not have a Visa yet, make sure you get one before this great event. 

No travel agent can say ”it’s a wrap” before going to IBTM, so Barcelona, Vamos a vernos.

Between the 28th and the 30th of November, we will be In Barcelona. As usual, we expect these three days to be intense and productive.
